8bit, the guys behind the Standard Theme, have launched version 3.0 of the theme while also updating the landing page.
Immediately, the new page requires less scrolling so the structure of the layout has been improved. The “8bit about” header is gone and the information has been moved to the footer. There is also a bigger support button showing their importance on their community efforts.
This move puts even more importance on the Standard Theme brand. Speaking of the brand, the icon for the Standard Theme also has been upgraded.
Overall, the page makes the Standard Theme feel like a well-respected product.
