The Art of Logo Design

Here’s some highlights to take note:

  • An expression of what you stand for
  • What is your personality?
  • It’s a mask
  • A great one needs to be memorable and simple
  • Can it be recognized as a favicon (16 x 16px) and on a billboard?
  • With time it will build equity
  • And look fresh for a long time (timeless) like Coca-Cola
  • One’s logo is like fashion
Mr. Anderson is not from the film, The Matrix. This Mr. Anderson is Chuck Anderson and although his work might put you in a mood that is similar to the art form found after taking one of two pills he has unleashed a redesign for NoPattern.  In 2003, Chuck started all of this which was just a year after graduating high school. What most likely turned from a side project quickly jumped into his personal career when he collaborated with Microsoft, Nike, Warner Bros., and Target to name just a few. Years past and in November 2010 he was named a “Design Icon” by Computer Arts Magazine.  Today Chuck says the following: Excited to announce the new NoPattern.com redesign featuring new work for ESPN the Magazine, Reebok, Spotify, & MadCap Coffee Co. He has stuck with “one style” a style that has the boundaries he defines as from the public eye and by the name it notes not having a single style at all. The no pattern style is an original style this Mr. Anderson has created and found success for many different companies.  High-res
